　　 食品机械与化工设备研究所为食品的开发、研制、加工、销售等方面提供了最基础的条件，从实验室的基础设备到中试车间的生产线流程都离不开食品机械、化工设备。
　 　 Food Machine and Chemical Engineering Equipments Research Institute provide the most basal condition for developing, researching, manufacturing, processing and selling of food; it cannot get away from food machine and chemical engineering equipments from the foundation equipments of laboratory to production line processes of medium run-ins.
　 　 如今，研究所的实验面积大、投入价值高，新购置了快速成型机、三坐标测量机、激光三维扫描仪、多通道振动测试与分析系统、电子万能试验机、液压伺服疲劳试验机、 FESTO 机电模拟生产系统、 CAD/CAM/CAE 软件等一批先进的试验仪器设备和软件，明显缩小了与全国先进水平的差距，提高了试验的准确性和科研水平。相信以先进的科研设备为基础，研究所一定可以完成多项科研成果，使诸如制盐包装机、干燥浓缩设备、机器视觉检测技术等在国内处于领先地位，并且产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
　　 Now, it contracted obviously the disparity with whole country advanced level and raised the testing accuracy and research levels that the research institute whose experiment area is big and the devotion value is high, purchased lately a number of advanced experiment instrument equipments and software, for instance, model machine quickly, tri-coordinate measure machine, laser 3D scanners, multicenter vibration test and analysis system, electronic all-powerful experiment machine, hydraulic presses servo fatigue test machine, FESTO machine electricity to imitate manufacture system, the software of CAD/CAM/CAE and so on. Based on the these advanced research equipments, the research institute can certainly complete several research items, make such as making-salt packer, dry concentrated equipments, the sense of vision examination technique by machine, etc. to be placed in the leader position in the domestic, and produce the huge economic performance and social performances.
　　 本着协作与分工的原则，研究所分为了以下 2 个研究室：
