　　 生物科学与工程研究所，研究内容包括氨基酸、酿造酒、酶制剂、有机酸等传统生物技术产品，生物添加剂、生理活性物质等现代生物技术产品，生物反应器、酶工程、废水生化处理、工艺过程控制、生物分离工程等生物工程基本技术 , 以及工业微生物育种、生物活性物质的作用机理及应用、微生物与生化制药等微生物研发技术；尤其在代谢控制发酵、活性干酵母和用现代生物技术改造传统酿造工业等方面，具有国内领先水平。

　　 Bioscience and Engineering Research Institute studies traditional biotechnological products including the amino acids, modern biotechnological products including brewage, product of enzyme, organic acid, etc., bio-additive, physiological active substance, etc., basic technique of bioengineering the bioreactor, enzyme engineering, waste water bio-chemical processing, craft process controlling, bioengineering of separating, and micro-technology including industry microorganism breeding, the function mechanism and application of biological active substance, microorganism and bio-chemical system medicine etc. Particularly in the aspects of metabolizing the control to ferment, active dry leaven and reformatting traditional fermentation industry by the modern bio-technique, and these lead the domestic level.
